  • 1. Get Focused + Clear

    What goals do you want to achieve and why? Dive into your WHY to strengthen your goals. Get clarity by focusing your energy where you need it most.

  • 2. Compassion + Forgiveness

    Understand you are human and you may need to remind yourself not to harshly judge yourself. You will go through valleys and peaks during our journey -- allow space for that.

  • 3. Start Where You Are

    Be mindful of what your body is saying RIGHT NOW. Not what it used to do. Not what you want it to do. Rather, what it IS doing and saying to you in this moment. Use that mindfulness to move and train at the pace your body wants to.

  • 4. Build Strength and Mobility

    Get strong for pole with specific exercises targeted for the movements you need -- such as in your end ranges (the place where most pole injuries happen).

  • 5. Learn and Master the Basics

    Get familiar with pole base moves, master them, and understand how to properly engage in each one -- giving you a solid foundation to build off of.

  • Build on Top of the Basics

    6. Create combos, fluidity, and more advanced tricks by progressively building and mastering moves.
